1. Order Processing Time 

All orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Please note: During high-volume periods or promotional events, processing may be slightly delayed. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. 

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances with our courier partners. 

3. Age Verification & Delivery 

As our products contain nicotine, the purchase and use of nicotine candy are strictly restricted to adults of legal age in your jurisdiction. 

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 

5. Damages & Lost Packages 

CHillLah Bite is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. 

However, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you in resolving the issue.
